What services do we offer?
We do Automotive, Residential and Commercial Window Tinting. We also offer tint removal services as well.
 
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we stay pretty busy, it's hard to take walk ins. We do want your business and will work with you to get your vehicle as quickly as possible.
 
Do i have to drop my vehicle off or can I wait while you do the work?
We completely understand that dropping a vehicle off can be inconvenient but it is recommended. This allows more flexibility in scheduling and quite often we will get you in sooner if this is an option for you.
We do have a nice, comfortable and clean area with free tv and wifi so waiting is okay if you need to. 
 
Can i drop my vehicle outside of normal business hours?
Yes, currently we have a locking mailbox on the front of the building, you can drop your vehicle anytime as long as you have an appt. We do ask that you at least send us a text at 3047878468 to let us know the vehicle has been dropped. We will make arrangments to get the keys and put the vehicle inside if possible even if its late at night or early in the morning. We plan to add a more secure night drop box in the near future.

Can i pick my vehicle outside of normal business hours?
We do our best to accomodate everyone but we highly suggest you pick your vehicle up before 5pm unless we have made other arrangments with you. 
 
What method of payments do you accept?
Cash or Card, either is fine!
 
Do you require a deposit? 
Not typically but we do reserve the right to ask for a deposit. For example, if you have missed an appointment in the past, we may ask for a deposit before scheduling our time with you again.

Does your work come with a warranty? (Automotive)
Absolutely! For as long as you own your vehicle, if the tint ever peels, bubbles, blisters, cracks, fades, or fails as the result of a defect.  We will replace it at no charge to you, no questions asked â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

What does the film manufacturer cover? 
The film we install on your vehicle comes with a nationwide limited lifetime warranty as long as it is installed in compliance with state law, see manufacturers website for more information on the warranty they provide.

​What does my warranty NOT cover? 
We are fair and handle each situation with consideration, but we do not typically cover incidents of damage such as seatbelt chips or scratches caused by the vehicle or customer. Also we go into detail explaining what is legal and what is not. We are not responsible for tickets or not being able to get the vehicle inspected among other things beyond our control.

​What shades of tint do you have?
We currently offer SEVERAL different shades, everything from extremely dark to nearly transparent, please see or privacy page for more info.

What do the percentages mean?
Referring to the VLT (visible light transmittance) 5% film is blocking 95% of the visible light passing through the window. The lower the number the darker the film.

How long does it normally take to tint my vehicle?
Small jobs such as two front doors can be done in 45 minutes or less. Larger jobs such as a sedan with 9 or 10 total windows can take up to 3 hours to complete. Average time is about 2 to 3 hours on a full vehicle.

Do you use computer cutting or hand cutting when tinting?
We do use one of the most advanced and best fitting computer cutting system out there for most installations. But we are very skilled in the art of hand cutting so we will use the method that yields the best results for your particular vehicle.
 
Will you take my windows out to tint them?
Absolutely NOT! This is not necessary in any way to tint your windows.

Will you take anything else apart to tint my vehicle?
We often remove the inner window sweeps which requires partial door panel removal on some vehicles. Some vehicles also require removal of certiain trim panels to gain full access to the glass. This is a REQUIRED method to PROPERLY tint the windows on some vehicles. We are gentle and experienced, so no worries.
